Founded in 2015, True Food is this region’s first food hub centered around a multi-farm CSA. We are committed to a values-driven mission to build a community around our local farms.  We strongly believe our strength as a company is only as strong as the relationships we build between our community and our local farmers.  It is through these relationships, we aim to build a strong and vibrant agricultural community with market opportunities to support the growth of our local farms.

Adriana Clowe, Director of Operations

Prior to TRUE FOOD, Adriana practiced civil engineering with a focus on low impact design for six years in Houston.  When not keeping track of three little boys, she handles the weekly day to day activities and correspondence of TRUE FOOD.

Patsy T. Hermosillo, Director of Public Relations

Patsy retired from a successful career in marketing and public relations in the senior living and nursing home industry. When not meeting with chefs, planning events and handling all things PR for TRUE FOOD you’ll usually find her surrounded by her grandchildren.

Vanessa Brady, Director of Brand Management

In addition to managing True Food’s website and brand, Vanessa runs a creative living blog called Tried & True (http://triedandtrueblog.com) where she creates original tutorials and recipes.

Shahid Mustafa, Director of Sourcing and Logistics

Shahid has long been a member of the local food movement and the producers that it supports. He is the owner and operator of Taylor Hood Farms, a diverse farm located in Mesilla, New Mexico practicing regenerative organic agriculture.
